Black Experience Book Club Facilitator
Paid Position
The Operations and Finance Director plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's financial health, efficiency, and the successful management of revenue-generating activities such as venue space rentals and social enterprise initiatives. This role requires strong financial acumen, operational expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to the organization's mission and values. Responsibilities cover revenue generation from facilities, building operations, and financial management for the YMICC.

The YMI Cultural Center is looking for an engaging storyteller and avid reader to facilitate cross racial dialogue around concepts from Black authors. We are looking for someone who will choose these books, research each author and ask interesting questions to the group!
